The past of the neighborhood and its monuments, as well as the keys to interpreting its uniqueness, are shown in this interactive route that aims to offer visitors a complete experience this time focusing on Nazari ceramics.

In this tour you will visit the most important viewpoints from which we can observe the city and the Alhambra, as well as the most picturesque streets, on our way we will stop at a private house in Albacin.

Transporting to the Andalusian epoch is possible thanks to the visit of a family home of artisans, where they will be able to discover the ingrained art of different cultures present in the kingdom of the Alhambra from first hand, being they the only ones that currently dedicate themselves to it.

The visit will consist of two parts, in which they will first discover the history and past of this culture where art and heritage converge, with their exhibition in a Moorish house of the XVI century located in the Albaicín.

In it, the exhibition will show the different pieces that are elaborated, such as Nazari mosaics, hand-decorated tiles made by various techniques such as dry rope or majolica technique and ceramics, together with the process of manufacturing and decorating the pieces that they carry out in order to understand their origin. All the objects presented in this house are handmade by themselves, showing the heritage of a past culture brought to the present in an environment that encompasses beauty and history as is this house of Moorish style.
